S.01Why VALERIA

Spend less time repeating yourself

One intake, carried into every document that needs it.

Why we built it

Different institutions ask for many of the same details across their forms. Filling them in separately means extra work for you and for the people helping you.

We built VALERIA to take that work away. It collects the information your request needs and carries the shared details into each document, so there is less repeated typing and your paperwork stays consistent and organized.

More about this

VALERIA supports Leirós Consulting's help with personal account and business checking applications by preparing the documents for five banking institutions.

Each institution uses its own forms. Depending on the bank and the package, VALERIA completes three to five of them from your intake, ready for our team to review and for you to sign.

Bank names describe the document workflows VALERIA prepares, not endorsement. Additional requirements may apply.

S.09Questions

Frequently asked questions

Why did Leirós build VALERIA?

Different institutions ask for many of the same details across their forms, and filling them in separately means extra work for clients and for the people helping them. VALERIA collects the information a request needs once and carries the shared details into each document, so paperwork stays consistent and organized.

How does the process work?

You begin the intake for banking assistance or LLC formation and complete a guided form with the personal, business and ownership details your request calls for. VALERIA fills the corresponding documents and sends electronic signature requests where a document needs one. Our team reviews the package, keeps the completed documents together in your case file and coordinates the bank submission or the company formation.

What is VALERIA?

VALERIA is the client intake and document automation platform Leirós Consulting uses to support U.S. banking assistance and LLC formation. It connects guided information collection, document preparation, electronic signatures and document organization.

Who is VALERIA for?

Individuals, business owners and international founders working with Leirós Consulting on personal banking, business checking applications and LLC formation. Helping clients establish companies and apply for banking services in the United States takes careful preparation and many moving parts, and VALERIA brings automation to that administrative work while keeping the personal guidance.

Which banks are included?

The current document workflows cover Amerant Bank, Ocean Bank, Valley Bank, Grove Bank & Trust and Banesco USA, and the bank and document package depend on the service and the applicant.

Will I need to enter the same information on every bank form?

Names, addresses and ownership details appear in more than one document, and VALERIA reuses what you provided across the corresponding forms, with less duplicate entry and fewer inconsistencies. A bank or our team may still ask for additional or updated details during review.

What does the LLC Master Form cover?

It collects the personal, company and ownership details our team uses to support LLC formation in Florida, Delaware and Wyoming. The same details generate a standard Operating Agreement, so another important company document is ready for review before signing.

Can I sign electronically?

Yes, for the documents that allow it, and our team will guide you if a document or an institution requires a different signing method. The automation handles the repetitive preparation while our team reviews each document, follows signature progress and coordinates submission to the right recipient.

Does completing the form mean my account is open or my LLC is registered?

No. Completing the intake starts document preparation. The bank must review and approve an account application, and an LLC must complete the applicable state filing process.

Will someone help me through the process?

Yes. VALERIA supports the Leirós Consulting team, which reviews your documents and coordinates the next steps in your request.
